Manage Bankroll: what it does, what it costs, where it stops
Last checked 2026-09-08
Manage Bankroll bills itself as one private tracker for poker, sports, trading and prediction markets. Entries are manual, data is described as 100% private, and the output is a bankroll position and P&L history across every platform you log, with Polymarket and Kalshi named among them.
It is a ledger, not tax software. It will tell you where your bankroll stands; it will not produce a Form 8949.
What it does
You log deposits, withdrawals and results per platform and the app maintains a combined bankroll view with P&L charts. Pro adds voice transaction logging, AI analysis that looks for patterns, leaks and discipline issues, a tournament bankroll tracker, a Poker Coach with scenario analysis, GTO ranges, an arbitrage scanner and public profile pages.
Live session tracking on the free tier means you open a session on a platform and log results as they happen rather than reconstructing them later.
- Free: 5 platforms with live session tracking, 50 logged transactions, full P&L charts, core calculators with daily limits
- Pro: 50 platforms in one bankroll view, unlimited transactions and long-term history
- 7-day refund guarantee, cancel anytime; support at support@managebankroll.com
Pricing
Free at $0 per year with the limits above. Pro is $100 per year, shown as $8.33 per month billed yearly.
Venues and data
The site references Polymarket and Kalshi alongside poker rooms, sportsbooks and crypto exchanges. Because entry is manual there is no venue integration to break, and no venue it cannot cover.
Where it falls short
Manual entry is the ceiling. An active Kalshi or Polymarket trader with hundreds of fills a month will not keep it current, and the free tier's 50-transaction cap runs out in days at that pace.
It does not compute taxes, generate forms or classify gains. Pair it with tax software or a CPA.
Much of the Pro feature list (Poker Coach, GTO ranges, tournament tracker) is poker-specific and irrelevant to a prediction market trader.
Who should use it
A part-time trader spread across a sportsbook, a poker room and a prediction market who wants one honest number for total bankroll and is willing to type.
