The condition: a page on your own site has to link to this directory before you submit. Our check fetches that page and looks for the link. No link, no listing.
How it works
- Add a plain link to
https://bestpredictionmarkettools.com/somewhere on your site. A "listed on" line in your footer, a resources page, or your press page all work. It has to be a normal<a href>in the HTML, withoutrel="nofollow", on the same domain as the tool. - Publish it, then paste that page's URL below along with the tool's URL.
- We fetch the page and confirm the link is there. If it is, the submission is queued. If it is not, you get told exactly what we saw.
- We then read your site and write the page. Facts come from your pages, prices are quoted as displayed, and anything we cannot verify is left out. Listings are not paid and cannot be edited by the submitter.
What the check looks for
An anchor whose href starts with https://bestpredictionmarkettools.com (www and http variants count), without nofollow in its rel attribute, on a page that returns HTTP 200 and sits on the same registrable domain as the tool URL. Links added by JavaScript after page load are not seen; the link has to be in the served HTML.
The link stays part of the listing. We re-check on rebuilds, and a listing whose link has gone is removed.
