Kalshi Pro: what it does, what it costs, where it stops

What it does

Canvas lets you arrange several markets, charts, order books and controls in one workspace and save layouts per event or strategy.

The Active Markets Screener scans roughly 2,000 markets in real time, ranked by price, spread, depth and rolling five-minute volume. A continuous trade tape shows where activity is concentrated.

• Charts: price shown as steps, volume histogram, ranges LIVE, 1H, 3H, 6H, 1D, 1W, 1M, ALL, with a volume and open interest stats line
• LIVE range is a trade-by-trade view of the last hour updating in real time; other ranges load historical candles on a timer
• A knockout chart for 15-minute crypto markets tracks the underlying asset against the target line, updating several times a second
• Order management: sortable and filterable order tables, inline amends, batch cancellation, drag a resting order on the book to reprice it

Pricing

Free. Coverage of the launch noted that Kalshi did not say whether it might introduce fees later. Standard Kalshi trading fees still apply to trades placed through it.

Venues and data

Kalshi only, including its perpetual futures, which get a dedicated interface with TradingView charting, live order books and risk tools. Times are shown in local time.

Where it falls short

It is one venue. A Polymarket price for the same event has to come from somewhere else, so cross-venue spreads are not visible in it.

It is still labelled beta. Charts on regular markets use Kalshi's own step charts rather than TradingView, which is reserved for perps.
